We are based in Denver, Colorado. This policy covers the website, our forms, our research, the member platform, and the emails we send.
Information you give us: name, work email, phone, company, title, company size and industry, answers on our membership, Catalyst, CEO and contact forms, survey responses, and assessment results. Information we gather automatically: standard web analytics such as pages visited, device type and approximate location from your IP address. We do not buy data about you from third parties.
Your ROAI Assessment and quarterly results are confidential to you, your sponsoring company and your Catalyst. We publish only aggregates, with minimum group sizes so no company can be picked out. What is said inside a circle stays inside the circle; we do not record sessions without the consent of everyone in the room.
Research sponsors fund how far our work travels. They never receive member data and never see findings before publication. University research partners receive de-identified data under written agreements. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Service providers who help us run the business, such as our CRM and member platform, email, payments, and analytics, under agreements that limit what they may do with it. Authorities when the law requires. A successor if AiAi is ever acquired, under this same policy.
Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom. Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to hello@theaiai.net. Members can update most of their own information in My AiAi. We will act on requests within 30 days. Residents of Colorado, California and other states with privacy laws have additional rights and can exercise them the same way.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to count visits. We do not run advertising trackers. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work, though you may need to log in more often.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. Research data is retained in de-identified form.
Our services are for business leaders. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
When this policy changes we will post the new version here with a new date, and email members if the change is material.
