This takes about ten minutes. We ask more than most forms do because we're placing you in a room with 10 to 16 people for a year, and the room has to be right for everyone in it.

Your answers go to Brett and Becky, nobody else.
There's no obligation until a seat is offered and you accept it.
If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere useful.

Where seats are open

In-person circles are forming in Denver, New York City, Miami, San Diego and Sacramento. Virtual circles are open everywhere. Ask on the fit call where your function's circle stands.

We share pricing on the fit call. These questions make sure that call is worth both our time.

Who would pay for the seat? Is the money approved? What does your company spend per leader, per year, on peer groups, coaching or executive development?

5 · Commitment

Membership is twelve months. Circles only work when the same people show up every month, so be honest with yourself here. Tick what you can actually commit to.

I can commit to twelve months. I understand this isn't month-to-month. I can hold one full day a month (8:00am to 3:00pm in person, or two live sessions virtually) and protect it from meetings. I'll show up to the two-hour mid-month call and report what I actually did, including when it didn't work. I'll bring a real, current problem to every circle day, not a hypothetical. I'm willing to host one circle day a year at my company. I'll complete the ROAI Assessment and quarterly check-ins so my company gets a real number and the benchmark gets real data. Company data is confidential; only aggregates are published. I'm willing to have my CEO or sponsor receive the quarterly ROAI report and talk to AiAi before I'm seated.
